From High School to DI College Sports, TDS Media is an expert in live multi-camera production of sporting events.  We have been a part of the broadcast team for MLB, NHL, and NFL games, and been the lead production team for DI Football & Basketball, High School Sports, and World TeamTennis.  We have decades of experience producing live coverage of a wide variety of live sports.

ACC College Basketball on ESPN

TDS Media's Doug Sicchitano provides services as a Director for Pitt Studios coverage of ACC Basketball on the ACC Network and ESPN.  Pitt Studios is a broadcast-level production facility located at the University of Pittsburgh in partnership with NEP Group.  Utilizing four Grass Valley cameras, one robotic camera, three POV cameras, Grass Valley K Frame switcher, four XPression graphic systems, and four DreamCatcher replay systems.  Pitt Studios productions are exceptional and provide fans of the ACC outstanding coverage.

College Football on STN & ESPN

Produced weekly college football package, including coverage of DI Morgan State and Howard University on the SportsFever Network and ESPN3.  Package also included broadcasts of PSAC athletic conference. Production is led by our founder Doug Sicchitano utilizing a small truck package with five cameras.

A10 Basketball on ESPN+

Duquesne University was without a home in the 2020 season, due to construction of the new UPMC Cooper Field House.  This created a challenge in broadcasting home games to ESPN+.  Duquesne operates a small production trailer, which normally sits on campus outside the arena, and lacked experience with productions on the road.  TDS Media was able to help them navigate all the challenges of setting up at multiple venues week after week.  TDS Media's Doug Sicchitano produced and directed the broadcasts with a crew of mostly students.

DI College Volleyball on ACCN & ESPN

Produced by Pitt Studios for the ACCN and ESPN, TDS Media provides crew support in the form of Director and Technical Director.  These broadcast-level productions rival the quality fans are accustom with when watching professional sports.  TDS Media is involved with Pitt Studios in various sports throughout the school year.   These broadcasts can be seen live and on demand the ACC Network as well as ESPN+.

Friday Night Rivals High School Football

Produced the sights and sounds of weekly high school football games for Sinclair stations in Pittsburgh, Altoona/Johnstown, and Buffalo NY.  Doug Sicchitano leads the team of this four-camera crew.  Coverage of High School Football provides unique challenges, as high school stadiums are generally not built with resources for professional broadcasting.  Viewers at home expect the best coverage of their team and TDS Media strives to provide the very best broadcast.  

PIAA Wrestling 

Directed live coverage of both PIAA Individual and Team Wrestling for nine years.  Managed complete technical setup of truck and gear with four cameras setup to cover Wrestling.

PIAA Swimming & Diving

Directed coverage of PIAA Swimming & Diving Championships for nine years.  Managed complete technical setup of truck and gear with six cameras setup to cover diving.
